BOOKING CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Arrivals or departures outside these hours are possible only by prior arrangement and are subject to a €30 surcharge.

PETS
Well-behaved pets are welcome, under the full responsibility of their owners. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
A daily supplement of €10 applies for small dogs, and €15 for medium or large dogs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-- Individual bookings (one or two rooms):

Free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date, a 100% penalty will be applied.

-- Group bookings (three or more rooms):

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 70% due no later than 31 days prior to check-in.
For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, a 100% penalty will be applied.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

RESTAURANT
The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday (7:30 PM–9:30 PM) and for lunch on Sundays (12:30 PM–2:30 PM).
Advance reservation is strongly recommended.
Special requests or additional meal services can be considered with prior agreement.
